Just tonight i started getting this problem. I can log in to the account manager, but when i click on a crit to play it it just says "wait" then it eventually says "Run-Time error 40006 wrong protocol or connection state for the requested transaction or request". What does this mean and what do I do to fix it?

from the FAQ:

When clicking on a character to play it, it says "wait" and never loads the game
The richtx32.ocx file is not registered or present, reinstalling will fix this.
