When I try to log in it says:

Your version is out of date, click ok to start updater from http://www.nightmist.co.uk

Then I press OK and it says:

Run-Time Error '5':

Invalid procedure call or argument

And then it closes.

Can someone please tell me whats wrong or how to fix it?

Try restarting your computer real quick. I didn't have that same exact problem. But for me it said that I had another Nightmist program running when I had nothing running at all. I restarted and it worked fine. I don't know if it will work for you. But it's worth a try.

Download the game again, That normally works.

EDIT: I Mean go to the Website and click on Download.

ftp links are not cached by isp's whereas http are, so chances are when you downloaded first time, it downloaded the older version.
