I forgot my account name on the nightmist login.  I know the password and e-mail and everything except the account name.  What can I do to fix it because I don't wanna lose my chars in there!

Also.... the music in the church doesn't work.

I thought maybe it had downloaded wrong so I deleted in and it downloaded again but it still doesn't work?
