Do i have to uninstall, or can it be fixed another way? My wife also said that when she is on paltalk or yahoo, and nightmist at the same time, she has to log off nightmist in order to hear the other programs.

i never had that problem with nm and paltalk or msn but maybe it would work if you disable ingame sound (and the game only has a few sounds. a system message sound and some staff sounds when they appear and dissapear and some music in church so most of the time you won't hear anything. :p
