Every time i try logging on a crit it says:
Run Time Error '480' Can't Create A AutoRedraw Image.
I have no clue of what to do, and when i reinstall nightmist, it says i dont have accses to the files..

Ok, i reinstalled nightmist, but it comes up with the same error, cant be my firewall as ive allowed it to let nightmist open

uh, not heard that one before, i'd say the DDLs are out of date, since you say you can't overwrite them with the installer.
the solution is to close all other programs (including the taskbar's contents), then install nightmist, and try not to 'ignore' any dlls that won't install.

Got it working, one of the Dll files were missing, so i had to completly uninstall nightmist, then install for it to come back
