Don't founders leaders have the power as eachother (founders and founders, leaders and leaders I mean) so I don't think that founders should be able to boot/demote other founders, and leaders shouldn't be able to demote or boot other leaders (if they can).

and I was thinking, there could be a position called co-chairman. He has the same abilities as a founder, but if the chairman ever leaves the clan, or gets his crit deleted due to inactivitity, the co-chairman automatically gets the chairman position.

I don't think this is all too neccessary. If you don't want someone to be booting leaders, don't make that person a leader or founder.
