I think that the Bar should change from Red to Yellow(or whatever colour it is, im colour blind :-/) when you are under exp at Arch.. cuz then you know how much under you are.. just a thought.

If your under 250mill and your an arch..

You ARE under experience.

I like it, perhaps choose a different colour to the standard two to indicate you're under experience, and don't just use it for level 30's, use it for all levels when you're under exp :)
