Seeing as a boss kill is the last hit of many where a skilled warrior is able to take down the monster and put him to his death, I feel you should get some extra experience from this kill because it more work than any other monster to kill.

i say the if you get drop that is reward enough but no drop = more exp agree with you on that one :D i know this is on regular monsters allready so might be on bosses just needs to be upped a bit maybe?

I don't think you need the extra experience, bosses are normaly harder to kill, therefore you hit more, and end up getting more experience anyway. Bosses already have a higher exp per point of damage than most other monsters.

I think a nice bonus on boss kills would be good. Killing a beast as strong as some of the bosses are would surely be a large learning experience? ::)

And no..a lot of bosses really aren't that good of exp. I don't think DG is much, CG is like...70xpd, captain is 70xpd, i dont think mayor is much, lythanzir isnt either. I am not sure on most of their exp, i dont check all, just some of them i have.

Malok, GSW, and AM are all pretty good exp though.

Considering you can actually get the items to get to the monarch, and then catch him when he's alive, he is the most fantastic place to level. I got a pally to level 28 uber quick on him, and was also where I originally levelled Deval. Unfortunately that pally just disspeared off the face of the planet sometime in 2002 :-/
