i think that a clan chairman should be memoed when anything happens in the clan. cause it is his/her clan. when someone joins/leaves donates, withdraws, deposits, from banks or vaults. they shouldbe able to bring back a kind of a record of what happened and when. that way they are better able to keep track of what people are taking advantage without helping, and are able to reward people who are helping a lot more than taking. i think this would lead to better lead clans.
