The muskeet:

Bd: 17, Rangers
Desc: This weapon is about 4ft long with a solid metal shaft in the middle, and has a trigger like a crossbow. Being able to hurl a small bullet 100's of yards in an instant
lvl 23 : not shure on mods
Would be able to fire from a distance of 2 squares in all directions

Takes all stam to fire this.. to reload it and fire

No, and Rangers don't need a new weapon.
