This has prolly be posted before put if it isnt here it goes.

I think it would be kewl and funn if you allowed us to share exp and gold with everyone in or party. Because efvery one in the party hits a monster and someone hits it once and kills it (steal killing) the person who kills the monster gets all the gold and all your hardwork goes to waste. what you think?

First of all I believe you meant kill stealing. And second of all if you are all in a party fighting monsters isn't the main intention to kill the monsters? Do you take turns killing monsters? I'm a little confused since the situation you stated doesn't seem to have anything wrong with it. Parties function different in this game then they do in the rpgs like Everquest.
