This is something I picked up from another game so yall might not like it but here it goes.

This is called reborning where you reach a certain lvl and you reborn and become a 1x.. When you reborn you start out with better stats. like lets say your a hafling ranger with 18 18 21 18 18 18, when you reach lvl 30 you can reborn and get better start out with better stats then what you started with before, ( this can be done with all classes and races) Reborn your stats would be 19 19 22 19 19 19. Adding 1 poin to all attributes then when you reach a lvl 30 again you can reborn a second time and become a 2x with 20 20 23 20 20 20. adding 1 stats point too all each reborn.and with 4x as being the highest reborn you can be. The lvls can be decided by the staff of course. To reborn you go on the Reborn quest, Which would require Nrc's, Each reborn quest 1x- 4x is different and each reborn quest gets harder then the last.What you think about this? Review and discuss you opinions please.

Maybe it could just improve your primary stat by 1?

Rangers - Dext
Thieves - Dext
Fighters - Str
Paladins - Wis/Str, not sure
Clerics - Wis
Mages - Int
Pacifists - Char/wis, not sure
Druids - Wis

The quest would also have to be VERY hard, and you would have to do it on your own, so you don't have the advantage of alts/your friends helping.

well you can have other people doing the same reborn quest help but only them and staff of course.
