/toggleloc should not affect yells. If a person is yelling they obviously want to attract attention to themselves therefore their location should be given nomatter if they have their location turned off or not.

Yea, I agree with the n,e,s,w ... gives me more of a start of which way to go molest him with my Dagger of Spirts! cause yelling is 95% most of the time somthing stupid.

noted for changing to direction, except for staff which will be the same as it is now.
