Toggle the npcs...

Stop NPCs, such as the Bank Clerk, from scrolling your screen.

LMFAO! i like to sit there and slap the puppy, so much joy ;D

yeah i like this idea. should be perminant command like the toggleloc command. if u turn off NPCs in a game, and log off, it should still be off when you log on
