This weapon is called Executioner's Blade.
Bd 28, berserkers fighters paladins use it,
lvl 27 To use it +1 str -1 dext -5 armor.

Have the Executioner drop the blade he has like 3% chance drop.. The Executioner has 10k- 20k hp.

0st -1dex might be more suitable (if you want higher base damage weapons you need disadvantages too)

God i hate when people post weapons with high bd and + to stre and dex or someting. ::)

maybe +1 strength -1 dexterity -1 charisma (cause who has a best friend thats an executioner(sp?))

The theory I feel about weapon.....

If you are fast with them, they are probably light in weight therefore not able to cause as much damage as a heavy weapon.
- Str + Dex

If you are strong with them it is because the weapon is heavy and will hurt more so you will be slower with a bigger weapon.
+ Str -Dex

Even still, it can vary depending on a characters personal physical strength... well not in nightmist, but you know what I mean.
