i think it would be a good idea that if you have multiple alts in a clan and someone sends a clan-wide memo only your highest alt in the clan gets it instead of all your alts
so..
chairman comes first, then founder (if you have more than one founder, highest level gets it), then leader (again if you have more than one the highest lvl gets it), if you have none of these your highest level alt gets it

Good idea. A founder made an error and managed to send a memo to every member not too long ago.. Having over 30 crits in the clan, kinda gave me a bit of task..
