How about this idea?..

They hit for more than fighters & Zerkers (when useing no weapons).
Can never use any weapons.
Has better armor than the fighter, but less options (about 3-4 upgrades in all for lvl 1-30).
Has about the same hp than a Zerker.
Damage reduction from players (1/2 damage).
Stamina: About the same as the fighters & zerkers.

I belive that this is posibly the best way to handle them... but, thats just me... Tell me what you think.

Ok, so, you want a class that has equal to the best HP, best hitting ability and best armor.. And on top of that, has the damage done to it, reduced..

Monk, wearing armor? Where do you get that from...?

Granted, they could reasonably have special defensive abilities or spells, but shouldn't wear any equipment (save gloves, boots (maybe), and perhaps an amulet.

Not that I'm encouraging this new class or anything.

the monks armor is its skin. His skin hardens kinda like calices, but are more stronger. A true Monk has Hp of a Ranger, Armor of a Pacifists, and they can use only one type of weapons which is Knucklers. The monk is very great at martial arts and mainly use it for defense and meditation. Seriously guys, read more about the monks and you will be surprised of their advantages and disadvantages... one more thing. They pack a wollup. So I would give the monks the same hp as Mages, and keep the pacifists armoring system for them.

I would like to know how an accual monk (think about this now), and accual monk would use knuckles... I don't think that a 'real monk' would be doing somthing like that, a 'Real Monk' would not even attack! >:( >:( >:( >:(

Monks learn Martial Arts, Some Monks dont, it depends on where they live and what Religeon they are ( If wrong, Blame the RE teachers) Now, They use that as Self Defense, The rest is easily explained so no need for me to say.

They would NOT have better armor then Fighters, they wear robes, Not chainmail or anything. There skin would count as armor as well, as a Robe would not count much towards armor, they would Tense there muscles when attacked.
As they learn martial arts, they know where the Pressure Points are (From all the years they have learnt, Monks spend all there life learning) And damage that area, Inflicting maximum damage.

They would be a nice addition, tho not needed really

Edited about 7million times. :S

Over Powered and a Monk is a holy man anyway think should use spells etc

But there can be monks who used thier power for fun or enjoyment. Not every monk is perfect.
