Don't know exactly how this could be added . . . however I think it would be a good addition to the game if there were bank accounts that you couldn't touch for a certain amount of time were added . . . To help us people who have a problem saving gold . . .

Possible with fixed rate savings, and a choice of ISA options, you could really invest your finances well choosing from fixed or low rate inflation linked interest and a range of payment options. If you buy now you'll even get a free alarm clock worth 5 gold, and a credit card and cheque book.

Or you could just put the amount you desire to save on a crit you barely play and yell something stupid to get a one month ban. There you go, can't touch your funds for a month.

I put all of our gold on a lvl 1 mage with absolutly terrible stats so that we wouldnt spend any of it...and planned on adding 10-25k a day to the crit...ya..in 2 days we'd gone from having around 250-400k on it to having 1.8 mill on it..sold a crit and some drops and stuff. It was kind of funny...then a little later i went on site reset it as a cleric and got it to lvl 3 in about 2 mins and took away some of its gold.../shrug.

And risk getting your computer banned? Nice idea.. not ::)

I like Despairs idea, I for one have a huge problem with spending.. I can never stick with the same character for more than a week, and I always spend my cash on crap lol

why don't you just get a 1% interest thingy a month on the money you have in bank?
