i was thinking that clan could put a invidual crit to the ally list ...

I like the idea. As i know, in Draco we have a couple of friends in enemy clans, so it'd actually be useful. But not a must have.

this has been suggested before and the thing is someone might like a person in an enemy clan and someone might really hate him. so one of the two is gonna be unhappy :D
