I read a topic in discussion and it gave me an idea. Since as stated in that topic the 'Auction Pages' arent used very often. Probably because of the duration someone has to wait to get hold of the item.

Maybe the auctions could have time limits. For instance...XXX puts a Halberd on Auction for 80k. Someone bids on this item. Then there is 2 days, in which that bid can be beaten. If not it is automatically sold to the highest bidder.

This would also stop people wasting the space on the pages with selling items for very low prices, with no intention of ending the auction. Also players wouldnt have to wait for 7 mths, before and auction is ended, or cancelled.

Like ebay? good idea nothing worse than stuff clogging up the auction pages.

why not make it even more like ebay? make the for sale page so that you can set a price where someone can buy the item directly or you can put aprice up from which you can start ppl from bidding. if the item doesn't get sold you'll have to put it up again (for a lower price)

edit: changed buying to bidding.
and:
for example:i put my hally for sale with a direct buy price of 150k and a starting price of 110k if someone buy's it for 150k it's his/hers, or ppl can start bidding at 110k and raising their bids and stuff and then the time limit thingy comes into play
