At first I was gona suggest this for 1 type of chrt but now it sounds better for all, any class that has rapid fire type fighting zerkers with there smite I belive it is and then you got rangers with rapid fire and you got thiefs with there assassinate, I don't know what other classes have atacks that take all stamina for a attack but never the less your chances of not useing all ur stamina

Thiefs/Bazerkers With Assinate/Smite (LVL 1)

+4 Change Of Use Of Exact Stamina (to start @ lvl 5)

Rangers Rapid Fire (LVL 23)

+7 Change Of Use Of Exact Stamina (to start @ lvl 23)

I don't know any other class info other whise I would post it but you get the idea

I was barely able to make the post out, but I've come to the conclusion you basically wanting to make 1-clickers weaker. Aka not 1-clicking all the time.

I think he might mean the amount of stamina used when using that attack at it's corresponding level... I think...

that could be possible yes so he's acutally saying that eacht time you lvl you get a bigger chance of using all your stamina insttead of beeing sure you allways use your full stam.

hmm would be a nice change but then again with zerkers missing alot allready and then only using 3 stam that would just suck lol :D

If that's the case, my criticism is that you could do an abnormally hard hit, and still be able to run away ???

so you get a low total damage but it uses all your stamina?

what I mean the higher the lvl you are the better the change of you not using all your stamna to kill some one every time u use rapid fire or assnt it uses all ur stamina but the higher the lvl the less true this should be
