Ok first off i think every class should get a new ability.
1.Thief - Stalk -in covert they can track
2.Fighter - Bash - puts 2 stam into one blow
3.Ranger - Steak Out- puts all stam into a Kill or nothing hit
4.Paladin - Mysterious Mist - Makes everyone in the room invisible
5. Cleric - Divine Assist - Summons a random monster to fight along side cleric
6.Druid - Power Word Destroy - Causes massive dammage to opponet (4 stam)
7.Mage -  Copy Cat - Copys a random person in the room until mana runs out or new spell casted.
8.Beserker - Can wear 1 peice of any armor chosen.

That is one thing i think should be done next is a suggestion for the client.

I think there should be a built in MP3 Player drop down menu like in most IRC scripts have now-a days and that alternitive buttons can be assinged to do diffrent actions like if you have a Joypad/joy stick it should be assignable that if you press a button you do a certian thing like a macro only diffrent but it can be assigned to almost any button besides 1-0 buttons and a-z and space bar and enter and shift.

Heres and idea for the EQipment i think depending on the description of the EQ stat changes should be made like light armor like the Concealing Petal Armor or the Fireleaf Tunic should be +1 dex and a robe like Golden robes or silver robes should be +1 wisdom and that stuff like Spiked armor gives +1 str  this would more so give the game a realistic touch because you get slower when you wear sumthing bulky or faster with something on but im not saying -1 or -2 with stats i only want to add stats.

Another thing is that there should be a on-screen map at the top of the MuD text window with a indecator of where you are and where you wanna go

That is all and i have a few new areas in mind and i really wanna become a area devloper so i can make some new places in nightmist i have 5 new places
1.Dwarven Tunnel
2.Elven Tower
3.Underworld
4.Vally of the doomed
5.Tower of Shadows

The only good idea I got from all this is the fighter ability. Your equipment ideas aren't very well thought out. You just want armor to give you +stats. You said this would make the game more realistic, but in actuality, wearing spiked armor would decrease alot of your stats. Also, about your area ideas, post them on the area development section along with descriptions, monsters, possible boss drops etc. You can't just expect to say "Hey, JLH, go make this area because it is cool and I said so." It doesn't work that way.

Yeah, I liked his fighter idea as well, it seems reasonable for a fighter to be able to do something like that, most of the other ideas didn't really work well with my brain and we're threw out into the cold but yeah do what newb said about the areas lol.

The fighter and mage 1's are ok but the cleric, paladin, ranger and druid are just crazy the mage 1 should only be able 2 cast on yourself

I like the rangers idea, but maybe it would work better on another class like THIEF, assassinate should either be an instant kill or fail.

For you're class skills it seems like you just took other classes' spells and used them for other classes.  Such as a druid "massive attack."  Not every class can have a one click ability.  Another observation here, when choosing armor for a beserker I would believe everyone would choose to wear body armor consider it has the most armor out of all other armor spots.  Isn't that obvious?

The only thing i found at all interesting was the map idea, i think this would be cool but have a feeling it might create more lag or something and we have enough of that as it is.  But then again i'm probably wrong and it has nothing to do with that lol.  :D

hmm the only things i liked was the mage one (which should indeed only be cast on itself and copy yourself) and the fighter one.

fighters and mages are the two classes that need something :d
