As it stands atm there is no reward at all for facing the dangers of the jungle, not to mention the fact that the gold end exp is about as plentyfull as in the nightmist city arena, so here is an idea. Either the exp and gold could be tweaqed to top any area in the game, with the exception of the secluded desert and beyond... or.. place a boss near or even inside the settlement.

Maybe the Dominant Tiger of the jungle, angry at the fact his buddies had been becoming the hunted rather then the hunters, whom is about to tear the villiage chief's head off when you walk in.. and after saving his life, the chief would A. offer you a free guide through the jungle, and, B. Jungle Mail: /library An extremely strong yet incredibly light piece of armor made from the hardened scales of the local anaconda. The mail's 3/4 sleave design perfect for warding off injuries to the arms, which are left unprotected by the more traditional armor, drasticly reducing the chances of being bitten by one of the jungle's notoriously venomous creatures.

wearable by all, lvl to equip: 25, same armor lvl as fireleaf tunic, Poison evade +.3

Sounds like a good idea for a sub-boss for those who cannot make it to time knight etc.  I like the idea of a poison evade being added to an armor also.    I am not quite sure how the coding would work for having the chief be your guide through the jungle, other than following him through a tp.  I like the idea of the drop the most, but I wouldn't have the drop rate too high.  I have mixed feelings about the guide portion.  I think that the Jungle was made very hard to go through because the rewards given by the "time" monsters are so grand.

The only reason I added the part about the free guide is that there is already a jungle guide in place, you just have to pay 5k for his services.. which in my oppinion, leave alot to be desired.
I apritiate your taking the time to read this, and reply Aidon.. I believe you will do extremely well as staff, as you seam to have excellent people skillz :)

To tell you the truth like I told you in game I have not been in the jungle.  Since their is a guide I see no problem with it.  Maybe an easy way to have it put in is to have a square that you may only get on to after killing the tiger which has a button to tp to the end of the jungle or something.  Very good idea.

Prince, you speak of what you don't know..
There is a reward for going threw the jungle, but, the reward is in the other desert after the jungle..

And you have to go in a temple and fight 3 Bosses..
Rewards are, Blade of Time(low drop rate) and Boots Of time..

Good luck in finding the key to the temple..

Btw if you get poisoned in the jungle then you don't know the trick to get by...

And that area is fine the way it is.

It's not fine the way it is. Chronos in itself seems to be a whole new land/country, and I believe there should be incentive to build upon and explore this land. Unless your uber equipped, there is no way you stand a chance of lasting 10 seconds. If there were perhaps, some smaller bosses, perhaps another city, etc, it would provide much more incentive to explore the land. That, and someone needs to go over the spelling and grammar there, it's disgusting.

Oblivion, I do know about the temple and the boss's there.. I was just suggesting there be something in the actual jungle, as there is nothing, and just making it to the settlement is an acomplishent, yet you are only half way, if that, to the boss in the temple.
This trick to getting by without poison that you speak of, would be to take a mage and invis your party and just haul a$$, basicly voiding the area all together.
Anyway, it was just an idea.. nothing more, no reason to be flamed, or accused of knowing nothing. And that is why I don't usually post suggestions.

btw.. go Down in the center of the desert where the only exit appears to be north, to get the temple key.

Prince, congrats, you figured out the trick, and I didn't have to say a word..

Yes, you use mages. And you don't have to be speedy, its short walk to the village..
The next part, one with the guide, theres couple squares with no monsters at all stop there come uninvis, reinvis and move on.
Keep protect on your mage and traps wont bother your mage.

You people have no idea how easy it is with useing invis. Its very easy.  And deval, the jungle if any change at all, it needs to be harder..

I think its a little to easy to get to the Knight who could possible drop Blade of time.

I've made it to the temple before, I just didn't know how to get the key, now I know where to get it, I can't seem to make it there alive :S

Nah, Invis should stay the way it is.. I say make the Knight, Mage, and mummy little harder, their hp is fine..
Make them hit harder and faster, and cut down some of their hp, and that would work quite well.

Or throw another Boss that you have to fight in the jungle or desert. That does poison damage..
