you shouldnt band a server you should band the crit or the players screen name. i was banded for a long time now because of my brother

If only a crit/account was banned, a new account could be created or they could just log on to an alt and they would return, twice as annoying as before.

First, it is banned, and second in most cases you can, but don't make a habit of it, if someone gets you banned, then don't allow them on your account, or try to keep them off of nightmist so you don't get in trouble for something they do.
