I suggest changing the class name for Thief to Rogue. They don't solo the ability of stealing so why classify them only as a thief. Rogue sounds better. People may take the class name literally. Etc. etc. Thoughts?

Actually, I must agree, I still find it odd that Theives have assissinate when the name implies that they just steal and not kill people unless in self defence.

I vote Yes for the Name change!

yeah this is right. i was under the idea that thieves and assassins were combined after reset, however thier name has remained thief. rogue is a more appropriate term.

Having a class called 'Rogue' sounds like RoK.. RoK did not make up the class name Rogue, therefore it wouldn't matter if nightmist used it or not.

hmm assassins were ok pre reset but thieves/thugs kinda sucked if i remember correct :D

Splitting them up would not be a worthwhile change. Most would side with assassins since thievery isn't really on the rise recently.

As I see it, while the name "Theif" is not quite fitting, neither is "Rogue," or "Assassin." These names don't really express this class. If you're trying to make another class name, you have to ask yourself, "What is this class anyway?" The "Theif" class doesn't seem to fit any description other than "Person who, if existed, would really annoy the Government."

Sounds like a good description of Thieves to me.

why not just make it criminal :d you've got criminals that steal and criminals that assassinate ppl :d

Criminal wouldn't be a class... Anyone can be a criminal (and they can also be a thief).

Rogue is a good idea. And poison couldn't hurt ;)
