If when money is taken from the clan bank, a memo is sent to the Founders and Chairman. Why not have the same with vaults?
If a Leaders vault has an item removed, each leader is memoed as is the Chairman (being the top person and all).
If a Founders vault has an item removed, a memo is sent to all the Founders and the Chairman.
For the clans with personal vaults, it could help if someone has an item stolen..

Just a brief idea.

sounds like a pretty good idea coz it could hopefully lead to reducing the theft rate and Less theft = Happier people

The last thing I'd want to log on to is 8562971385 memos saying so-n-so has taken an advanced mana crystal from the (personal) vault.

I agree with Valentine, I would hate that.

You are applying this idea to Leader Vaults and Founder Vaults, it might be better for maybe just Founder Vaults.

Maybe an option to turn the messages off also.
