Alright, we all know pallies need A LOT of work.  What is needed the most in your opinions?  IN mine, I think they just need a much better heal rate.

I think a better heal rate would be nice, as well as maybe 6 stam instead of better damage rate.

Pally's are fine. They can hold their own in any situation.
Old spells:-

Revive - casted with 1 stamina, revives the pally's stamina back to 5. (castable on other players)

Holy bolt - offensive spell. inflicts damage to opponent.

Drawn up on holy might - sort of like clerics righteous fury. but there was also a stat mod with dex. (castable on other players)

ATM all they can do is out heal clerics until l18

I WANT PALLYS TO BE UBER, I WANT THEM TO BE INVINCIBLE AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE THEM TO BE ABLE TO GAIN EXP BY SIMPLY SITTING IN THE TAVERNS AND CHATTING WITH THE WAITRESSES. I ALSO WANT THEM TO HAVE A COMMAND CALLED DESTROY WHICH AUTOMATICALLY KILLS ANYTHING ON THE SQUARE. This and only this will make pallys worth playing. /sarcasm

Sarcasm or not. Whats the point in making the better classes better. Then leaving the other classes in their wake. I'm sure if it wasnt for the fact that pally's cant kill very rapidly, they would be more widely used!

Oh btw I've only ever played like two pallies and ATM I have none. If I wanted any class to be uber so I could waste I would be posting on the thief forum  ;)

I'm not an expert of pallys, but I think they have only one good and useful spell - Aid. I have a human pally (perhaps I will try a halfling soon) with perfect dex and wis, but he does alot of misses with Divine Prayer. I don't know what is wrong on him?! My human cleric (its me) hits about 97% on the target with a spell Holy Might and heals better than my pally. I know.. a cleric is not a fighter class, but works fine anyway... 8)

Hmm. I haven't tried a spell Holy Speed yet. I forget it. So, perhaps with that spell paladins would be work?
