Only comment I can give is on the original post, since I have no clue what the others are about, so here's my two cents:

The game is free, the staff doesn't get paid, hence they have no obligation to even hold a triplex, period. They hold triplexes for OUR entertainment, although they are put through hell on a daily basis by constantly being whined at, accused of cheating and whatnot. If they don't hold the triplex at the exact time it's supposed to start, leave them be and be patient. More than likely they run late because they are dealing with some other crap at the moment.

Staff have lives.They aren't being paid to do this.If they were being paid then yes they would need it to be on time.

Wrong, the least they can do is keep this game on the net for you to play, and so far they have been doing it, despite constant bickering, which in itself is amazing.

Put yourself in the following situation:

You organize a roleplay game session (let's say D&D) to spend an entertaining evening with your friends. You provide the snacks, drinks, character sheets, books (all in all, you spent a lot of money on making sure you and your friends are having fun). In the middle of playing you realize that you have to go to the bathroom, right before the party was supposed to fight an important creature. You tell your friends to wait a moment, because you have to take a short break, and your friends turn around and say:

The least you can do is dm this scene right now!

And all that, after YOU provided them with everything they need to play, after YOU spent all the money on making it possible. Well, no potty break for you!

Well Outsider, has it occured to you that some of us can't just leave home to do fun stuff, so a session of D&D is a nice way to gather with friends and enjoy a rpg? I, for example, have two children I can't just leave behind to party, unless I find a babysitter. D&D is a fun game to play at home, without having to organize babysitters, diaper bags filled with clothes and food for the wee ones, someone to let my dogs out in case I don't get home in time, stuff like that.

Ummm...

1. You don't dress up as your character, you sit around in your living room and have to describe what you are doing and use a load of different numbered dice to fight n stuff.

2. As I mentioned above, I CAN'T go out and play, due to certain critters that bind me to my house.

3. Bad vision does NOT make you a geek.

Since were on the topic of geeks, I am one although I lost my pale geek complexion due to my recent exposure to the sun thanks to a certain someone dragging me outside all day, I am still a geek heh I have a nuts load of comics and so does my brother but his collection sort of got absorbed into mine, I also have a bunch of video games, gaming magazines, plus I've played a few table top rpg's in my day, plus playing several card games ie. Magic:The Gathering, but just because were geeks doesn't mean we don't do stuff that other people do like go outside and do stuff out there or just go out, leave the house and stuff.

I see Nothin wrong with D&D I love to play with my friends and generaly have a good time. I also have to say I have a great respect for Maha who with 2 children of her own still manages time to read and respond to those of you who continue to complain about useless topics.
