Don't try and attack me on the forum, either on game (I've been uncloaked the last 8 hours) or take it straight to the admins as it's been said many times before. I doubt the admins will remove it but I'll mention this thread to JLH. He'll probably say he wants more suport for it to be removed before he removes it though so post your thoughts. |

Clearly you've not looked around the game enough to see the uses of the spell, if the spell had no purpose i would have removed it ages ago. Vortex gate is also one of Pandilex's favourite spells, and his upcoming areas are bound to make good use of it, where role playing and intelligence is required to get through it rather than brute force and ignorance :) |

Title: Re: VORTEX GATE PHHH Post by Harath on 07/12/03 at 21:10:41 ah crap, i hate puzzles :( and no, i've never leveled a mage to 30, ive trained one to about 27 then stopped, sold it and bought an arch. vortex gate also used to be one of my spells, till it got changed. I used to love teleporting around with my level 29 mage pre reset. even with the one purpose it has its still not a very good spell, its useless untill level 29, where you use it once.. and thats it. should be good enough that people will consider using it for something. |

Then crits lagged out got white screens and we ended up losing all 20 crits there . . . plus tons of mana So we wen't back with half mana to try again . . . went back onto square soon as one crit got on the square which had 60+ crystals on there we just lagged out completely and ended up getting white screens again . . . and they again all died :( But back onto topic there are other vortex gates in the game that I use frequently . . . And you don't just need it to lvl a mage to 30 either . . . lvl 26-29 also you need it for |
