I am a n00b to nightmist, and the other day i made a crit and was playing for a a while.. things were all good...
the next morning i logged in and i had no crits.... so i thought damm. what happened? oh well wasn't that far... and proceeded to create a new crit.
After creating the crit i went back to the crit selection page and there was nothing there....
but apparently my characters still there somewhere because the name was already used.

someone care to explain?

well it was called Helamorious when it went missing, however i tried to change the name to see if that would have any effect... i changed it to Helammor

the account that crit (and others) are in is HelamoriouS make sure that is the same

yeah it's case sensitive. I did that the other day. Logged into an acct but forgot to capitalize something & there were no crits there & i was like "!!" til I realized what i'd done.

you probs clicked create account and made an alternatively named one with a slightly different spelling. note that 2 accounts can't be the same but only differing in case. ie if the account Test exists, you can't make account TesT, but, you can't log into the account Test by typing TesT (you'll get account not found error).

well.. i could log into Helamorious and create charactors... but they instantly dissapeared...
when i logged back into HelamoriouS they were all there...

weird....
