Has anyone killed Delbia? If so, does it drop anything?   or can it not be killed?

The lady in Sarka who guides you to the Mayor? I tried afew times.. Never got her past healthy, and I think she gets full health back after she vanishes... Kept going for twenty minutes over and over with no result..
