one of my characters of which i use frequently is currently level 27 with 265 hp........ constitution of 21 i believe either dwarf or halfling thief........... should i make use of this one time relevellin option? i usualy hit 9's and i think this could be poor........ serious suggestions please

Well, if it is a Dwarf with 21Con, you should be aiming to get at the least 270HP at your level.
As if you're a Halfling with 18Con, then that's pretty good HP for your level, most at arch is 299HP I believe.

So, in your situation I'd go for the re-level.. But it's always a risk.

if its dwarf you want at least positive hp to the lvl, halfling stick with it-being negative a little is normal or even can be good for them... so ya if its dwarf def relvl, if halfling stick w/it.
