It's most likely leading to an area that hasnt been opened yet. ;D

Usually when you find a mumble in game it's most likely a new area.

Like in this case, that mumble does in fact lead to a new area. :D

Devastate is, in my opinion, a super spell, that shouldn't be avaliable so soon as boss drop, if it will ever be.

And why make a new area in the forest for mages? ;)
