Go straight North from the Museum Entrance. You must kill the Mummy. Then go to the North West corner on that floor and go up.
That is to the second floor. If there is anything else send me a private message over the forums and I'll be more than happy to help out.

The Museum is just one big maze. Do what I do.. wander around til' you find the darn thing.. be sure to have Clerics and such with ya though.
