I was just wondering what happens to a clan if u have put it on the site to sell and nobody buy's it.

The rooms get sold by JLH after 1 week and the Gold from the rooms go into the Chairman's account.

you will get 75% of the money you spend before... not inclueded the name... just the house.
There is one week time if anyone has problems with that sale (clan was robbed, coz account got hacked / founder paid most and noone will give them money back... etc) You have 1 week time to contact staff (JLH) or memo him if you got problems...
