I think it should be secret entrance to Necro tower, but I couldn't find one. I think Cyric (not sure if it was him, it was long ago) told me that the area was finished and everything was fine with it.

According to Amy of DH, you guys are correct. It is a secret entrance to the necro tower, altho I have looked a couple times and never found the way out of the passage.personally, I think I'll stick to the other semi-secret entrance.
