Elf or halfling, halfling: 18 x 21 18 18 10+, elf: 18 x 19 18 20 10+.

Those are the stats you should aim for, intelligence doesn't matter.

Probably halfling. They get just as much hp, if not more, they get 2 higher dexterity so they won't get hit as much. Their main problem is the 18 wisdom, but I think the extra hp and dexterity is better than 2 wisdom (you'll get the same amount of mana for 18 wis, as you would with 20)

I personally prefer an elf. I've had two halfling druids and overall the elves seem to fizzle less with stormwrath.

Zylia although that is true, the morphing power of halflings is a force to be wreckoned with. Stormwrath and the other spells are useless when your morph hits are unstoppable.
