Not intending to bother you JLH, just was interested in an update on your progress with the new releveling system, and how long you expect it to take to be finished.

whenever i get the time to complete the reset of the code i want to get in and actually do the update, but i have lots of university work to write for my project, and since that determines what degree i get, that comes first.

When about do you expect to be done with your uni work, and when you actually get time to write code - how long will it take?

As we've seen when it comes to dates and deadlines with this game their rarely met . . . not complaining as I know that Uni comes first and the game is free . . . I guess the best thing to do is just patiently wait and Im sure it will come eventually

When an update is almost ready, it could have say 50 things almost finished. Once he has done those though, he sometimes thinks another thing could be put in this update and it goes on and on hehe. Let him get on with uni stuff and then I'm sure he'll get round to it and you'll have a hefty update 'soon'. ;)

The best thing to do is not let players know about the updates until they're ready... why give a date for it to be ready by, not have it done till much later, and have all of nm mad because its not done when its supposed to be.... i understand you have lots of uni work going on JLH and i understand why that comes first... but if i were you i would wait until all your ideas for updates have been done and finished with before you announce them being added to the game. Just a thought.

lol u have a point but letting us know whats up gives us something to look forward to. like the hp thing... people would sell crits without a second thought if they didnt know about the hp re lvl.. so there being 2 sides to it in the end its best to give us an idea as to the updates. And besides its a game lol it will come when it does. Just sumtin to look forward to, it will be here eventually  ;)

because if i don't tell you i'm at least working on, you all start complaining that staff do no work at all, so i let you know how it's progressing in an attempt to stop you thinking i don't do anything.

lol, i already know you work your butt off for this game  ;)

but for certain players it is better to just keep things a secret... if irritable players had any sense really they would understand that staff does lots of work and not just sit around and wait for players to call them. Alot of people get more irritated when you let them know your working on somthing and then when its not done by the time they want it they complain about that, so either way there is no real way to get rid of the drama/complaints alltogether.

Kinda sucks if ya think about it lol

I just got one thing to say about the few people that are (I am a bad boy and went around the filters) about JLH not getting the Update on time.

As many of you unlike him that don't have a life outside of Nightmist, JLH does.
He goes to College to yet better his education.

What he does on this game is by his own free will. He isn't your slave, so don't go around mouthing when somthing isn't done!

How about you go out and Learn VB create you own Mud, spend money on a Server, Internet, Routers, Cola, and whatever else he has that makes this game go round. Then on top of that Take classes at an uni. Then will we only see your production of your game. But until then leave him alone, if he wants to make this next update not come out until next winter its his business. If you don't like it go else where!
