Title: Banned yet again Post by Cosworth on 11/21/03 at 08:17:19 ok im sitting at southgate house and figured out i could use other colours so i was messing about to see if i could change my clan tag and make it a coloured one to then be banned on the spot for abusing a colour bug without a warning or any notice of it being a bug now i was banned for like 2/3 weeks and never knew of this being a bug so why? i wasnt doing anyone any harm or causing any problems i just seem to find it kind of strange that staff are obviously that bored or that petty over something so stupid as it wasnt causing harm to anyone but yet i suffer from this or are there running a christmas compatition for the person who banns the most runs the christmas event? |

This however is not true, during his banned period he was using someone's pacifist thus I'm prety sure he would have seen or heard from SOMEONE that using colors was a bannable offense. Title: Re: Banned yet again Post by Cosworth on 11/21/03 at 09:53:21 i was banned for abusing the bug in what way making my clan tag appear in a colour in what way was the abusing the bug? i was mearly interested in seeing if it would work and i was banned i used a pacifist for one day during the time of my bann to arch it for a friend i never once seen or heard about this bug or what happened i was typing something out and hit the ` kye instead of the 1 key while holding shirt which gives me the ¬ symbol then i noticed half my sentence changed colour so i was developing trying to work out what had happened to what i was typing so out of curiosity i get banned when i wasnt abusing a bug so i ask again if one was not abusing the bug why wasnt i warned or explained to all it would have taken was /p cosworth please dont use the colours as its a bug in the game but it being fixed it would be appreciated not to use them incase anyone see it as abusing this bug quite understandable would have said yeah ok and stopped but to be banned without warning for not actually knowingly doing anything wrong now i do think its unfair and the bann wasnt required but well guess jen just doesnt have anything else better to do with her time than to bann on something to petty without having the decency to say something first about it but i guess its not im some people nature to inform them over a bug that they werent aware of since she is staff and if its a bug surely she should have made me aware of it first before taking action |
