I have seen JLH say that there is a maximum of 5 monsters per square...

My question is if there is 5 normal monsters on a square already, Can a boss spawn? If not, is this a bug or intentional?

No a boss cant spawn with 5 monsters and i think it's meant to be like that.

simple clear the square so boss can spawn

Well not everyone makes sure there isnt 5 monsters in that square before they log away or somethin..or they arnt able to if they are just checking a boss wit one crit

pacifists always make a nice mess at the GSW lol...

and spiders in the SK room arent that hard to kill if the room is filled with them yet a lot of times I've checked at the rooms been full of em
