JLH this is 4 u
i got a problem to day i went n the Museum right
(this was my 1st time useing a key ) im a Pacifist
and we dont use keys that much
and i got 30k at last so i bye a key

i go to bt then go to the Museum Doors and did not know where i was ,so i went south.
when i did that the key went away and i was not out side of the Museum with no 30k and no key >:(

what can i do now is there any way to get my key back

the key disappears as you enter the museum, no way of getting it back since you went INTO museum, and therefore was your own fault for coming back out

dont worry, its happened to many ppl :-/

Interesting. Looks like he(she?) is complaining because he didn't actually go into the museum. Just to the doors. Shouldn't the key disappear after you step past the doors?

a i did go n but went s and no where n the game it tells u that after u use a key it goes away

And jlh not to b rude but ppl n this game dont help u out only ppl that help r sum of the staff

The only reason i wont u to c this is so u can if u wont to put n the game if u use a key it goes away

Wouldnt the first thing you notice as you go into the museum is the key disapearing anyway?  Then after seeing that, that should tell you not to step back out.

nop did not c that  :'( and if i did c that i would not go back out  i did it very fast and did not c what i was doing i know im the 1 to blame

but i wont 1 of the staff to plzz have some place n the game to tell new ppl that dont know what they r doing because 30k is a lot of $$ 4 sum ppl that just started

(and i did not expcet jlh or any of the other staff to give me 30k or a new key) to the ppl who think that im trying get sumthing out of this im not

umm.. i replied to your post 4 minutes after you wrote, and that was as soon as i checked the forum, be more appreciative of players that try to help and dont rely on other people to teach you the game, learn first-hand.. like everyone else

I made this area, and I set all the keys to dissappear after use. This is to stop people from getting one key, then never having to go through the quests again. It adds more of a challenge when you have to go get every key each time or buy them. If a person had all the keys, and they didnt dissappear, then they could repeatedly run right from the doors to the boss, completely by passing the quest activities of it. This wont be changed.

This is one of those situations where you recognize your mistake and learn from it.

but u know how u can look at things like armor
can u put on there 1 time use plzz

so that new ppl wont spend all there $$ and mess up  
that is all i wont out of this form not $$ or a key but to let ppl know

Similar has happened to me before. First I went in, and died almost instantly, then I went in and logged off and logged on in the tavern...

An expensive day in all :)

:o yall staff got to pay 4 things like keys ?????????

and i know now i got to get a new 1 so now n all i spent 60k just to get n to the Zume   if there was a message telling ppl that the keys would go away if u log off or did or go in  then ppl whould have more fun

Phyco,

Yes, staff have to pay for everything just like you do when they are on their mortal crits. And don't feel bad, I think almost every one of us lost a key in one way or another before.

Take the experience and learn from it. once you are in the museum, stay in. And on an upnote, if your paci isn't too high level yet, buy the stairkey 1 as well, because otherwise you may just have wasted another museum key trying to kill the mummy for the key. So buy a new museum key, a stair key 1, then go all the way west and all the way north, and up... second floor...

Do NOT go down again, that key will disappear too. Instead depurate the modern art sculptures until you have enough gold for your next set of keys, even if you can't gain any more exp.

There... we are all helpful, players AND staff!  :P ::)
