Trish needed to get ahold of a member of staff and I believe she was right in posting on the forum if she had no reply in yelling. This maybe not the best place on the forum to post it as she has admited yet I'm not sure seen as it's the place logically staff are most likely to read first. The way it was presented is different. Personally from the forum, I do just want the facts of problems, but this was an attempt at humour for anyone else who was to read it. The topic of this thread was brought to my attension and thus was sorted via JLH as I was the one that brought it to his attention asap.
