There are many other staff comments out there, i thought this was meant to be serious? Staff Comments shouldnt be a waste of time like "Stotic Tested, Stotic Approved". They should be left blank, or for serious issues.

Yes, maybe staff like to joke about, but not in that, just make a seperate thing or something.

I just think its pointless. They are there for a point.

some people have had staff comments for a while, and some staff comments are rewards, such as :

Staff Comment: (Havanor on 12-27-2002) .~(first party to make it to the control room award)~.

Staff Comment: (Zephie on 03-29-2003) Makes really awesome pictures for the game.


and really, how does this hurt you...at all? seems to me people are running out of things to complain about, so they either nitpick at very insignificant things or make stuff up...either way it's really lame..

now that sucked. it was even a comment that didn't have the lame name and date preceding it. :-/

Well, it does make some people wish they got to have cool staff comments when they see other players with them, and if they cant find a way to get one it might upset them.  I remember when i was new to the game i wanted one really bad and asked if could have one and staff didnt like that very much..i though hey, how come i cant even get one for how other people got one saying "Asked for a staff comment, does it again ban him."  So i cussed in a yell or something like that, it got me jailed for a day is all i remember, and i was upset cause i still didnt get to have a staff comment...now i realize that most of them are simply to say things to keep other staff aware incase they do it again within an ammount of time i.e. cussing and such....i also like the ones that say stuff about "this person has been in trouble for stealing" although thanks to pandi we hopefully wont have to deal with much of that any more  /applaud    ....i however dont understand why some people would get to have a cooler staff comment w/o any type of explainable reason  i.e. "Tadpole for president!!!"   I wouldnt go around complaining simply because it isnt important at all..but i also doubt that there is anyway that i would be able to get a staff comment of the sort...which would make it look like some people get to have fun stuff others are excluded from...i do think people who do some good stuff should be rewarded such as the one about drawing pictures and stuff....and that some people might deserve one that says "is a trustworthy player" or something like that....instead of them either saying, "this person is a potty mouth", "this person got into a city that wasnt opened and did bad stuff" (ive only seen once), "this person helped do something or had a good achievment", or "i like this person they get a cool comment"    I think the last type is the kind of one that make players jelous and such...i no longer really worry about it, and just hope to have the staff comment on gerome stay the only one in our account...other than Newb's but it doesnt really count for us...hopefully geromes will get to go away sometime next month...but hey, why not  I'd like to run for president!   I think that staff should get to have fun and play a few little games with friends and stuff..i mean..if they dont get paid..why dont they get something that is kind of rewarding for being staff and putting in time and effort that they could simply spend comming after people and pking and making gold?  I think that they deserve some kind of special priviliges, just nothing like making items or gold or anything that would truely effect things in the game...

Wow this is quite pointless, who cares about the staff comments...i mean really they have no value and i highly doubt they ever will, jealousy is a pain in the @$$ sometimes but why bother with such trivial issues?
