It was addicting until I got banned. Now I find other things to do instead of play the game all day.

It's because you can easily make gold, unlike in rl, when you die you just wake up in a pub, and you can imagine that the ugly ogre you're whacking is your @$$hole neighbor that you can't do anything about in rl, and get some kind of enjoyment watching that ogre die, without going to jail afterwards.
