If you have a theif in your party i dont think you should be able to give it things if its still covert..gold/pots cause well just dont make sense

I think it does make sense, because everyone in the party saw the thief go covert, there fore they know where the thief is located.

Could it be that you suggest this because you hate pking people who are obviously hunting and should have gold on them but don't, which clearly indicates that this gold is stored on a thief in covert? I think most of us do it that way, and I'm sorry that you don't get any gold or mana out of pking me, but as INP already said, the rest of the party sees the thief go covert, hence knowing he's there.

It used to be where you couldnt give covert/invis people items or gold. People complained. It was changed to where you could. Chances are it will remain that way.

WoW... I really liked the idea to give your coverted thief gold/pots etc... So what if it don't make sence lol .. it works for me :P

the only benefit of doing something like that would be to protect vault characters being towed by training parties but those vault characters are usually immune to attacks because of thier level so it would rarely work in someone's favor. aside from that i can't reason anything else to favor it being changed since parties are rightly unaffected by covert members.

Yeh, the only reason i suggested it was cause of the whole stealing gold off people and them not having very much and i didnt know you could give things to people that were covert...*shrug*
