Where did The Huge Tower of Pandilex come from? It's placed itself next to the Boars Tusk Inn.

Does this mean that those Quests in the tower will be starting soon?

it's not really interesting anyway lol i asked pandi why it was there and it's just a place for him to stay (atleast that's what he said :d) :D
