Sanctuary Underground has just been started and is looking for Founders/Leaders with Clan Leadership experience, as well as members.

I'm basically a newb (Lvl 16 First Crit!) who wanted to see large groups of thieves running NM.

This clan is THIEVES ONLY and any alts will have to either remain in their current clans Or someone can create an alt camp, I don't care.

This clan is going to be built on the premise of Honor Among Thieves. That means that anyone is fair game! Even your alts from other clans (except in the case of an alt camp)! The clan will work together to further all thiefdom, but mainly our clan. That means that any thieves not in the clan are also subject to our whim.

I'm certain I'm not the first to think of this, and I won't be the last, but I want to try and make this work.

As I have just started this clan a couple of days ago, and I only have one area in the Clan House, that isn't even a specialty room yet, you can see that I'm in the beginning stages of this experiment. Also, I have 0 capital left after starting the clan house! So we're starting from scratch, but it should be a lot of fun!

Page/memo me in game if you're interested! If not, oh well, then you can be one of the victims... :P

P.S. The Clan House is located 4 East, 1 South from the southernmost intersection on Tribal Street.

I will have to go with victim.. train your army and come show me what ya got, cuz it's getting kinda old battling the same 3 clans day in and day out.. TR DA and animosity seam to be the only clans containing members ballzy enough to come at me these days. To bad only one of those can succede without havin to flood the screen with crits.
I do wish ya luck on the thief clan tho.. I'd like to see it work for once.

Actually, I meant one clan, and that would be yours frog boy :)
I do however have to give props to Gaddy for giving me one of the longest fights in my nm career at the HL a week or 2 ago. No runnin dropped crits back, no callin for back up.. Hella respect goes out to him.

jsut wondering but why are these allways all thieves clan that try this?

never seen an "all rangers clan" or an "all fighters clan" let alone an "all really-stupid-nm-players-that-try-to-make-clans-for-one-class clan"

because with thieves u have the ability to hide from people constantly or even do hit and runs.. not just once in a while but constantly... not mentioning any names

I believe the first person so set up a sole thief clan. They also have probably gained the most valid attempt at actually succeeding.
Would be that of Ted, or Grushenka to those who dont know him. I also believe the clan to have been called 'Nightmist Sexiest Thieves'.

I made an all thief rp clan waaaay back, before any of you would remember - and even if you did you wouldn't recognize the name I used to do so. It's a great idea(depending on the way the thieves play) if you can pull it off, though I imagine it will be difficult with the current playerbase.

Firstly are you sure that the clan you were in didnt belong to Grushenka. Plus he was in TR for over a year. He also made the clan practically straight after the reset.

Although Harky did make an all thief clan first. Seems to have done/invented everything in Nightmist really, excluding the actual client/server.

What a role model, what a guy....lol.

eternyte remembers! rock! yeah, my sexy thieves were looking hot in the shadows when even BoD was just a gleam in braveheart's eye.

i did this idea with Nightmist's Sexiest Thieves, and it worked out rather well. In the end, the most dedicated members and myself decided to go our separate ways, and we're still around in good places. it's sad to say, but an all thief clan has next to no hope of working anymore. i had a good run, but that was mainly because alts weren't imperative and alliances among friends were above clans. also, not everyone took things so seriously. like i say whenever this idea comes to fruition, best of luck, and choose your members, friends, and allies carefully.

Could have been.. can't remember clan name, but it was Matts (I think it was him anyway)

Edit: It was also right near the start of the new NM. No new quest items had been made, and Gouki was still running around.

My apologies for not getting a response out. I've been tied up with work and school, and haven't played in about 2 weeks.

I don't think I'm going to be able to pull it off, mainly because I don't have the time to dedicate to it. I was hoping there would be some players who had the time, experience, and dedication to get the ball rolling (Mainly, I'm just tired of getting I disagree kicked evertime I step out of town, and thought that an all thieves clan would have the, shall we say, resources, to enact some revenge).

Anyway. It doesn't appear that I'm going to have the time to devote to it. If someone should start one in the future, I'd become a member in a heartbeat, but I just don't have the experience that it takes to do right by potential members and leaders.

Thanks for the insight. I think I'll go back to robbing rats blind in the sewers!
