Nightmist Park

No real significance in the game with this area. Just a cool place to go hang out and try to escape the world.
Enter: The slight breeze makes you trip through the park just a little easier. The trees bend down in an unnatural, yet friendly way as if to welcome you.
Lookaround: As you look around the park, you see several couples sitting together exchanging silent words. Birds chirp their songs quietly as if they are trying to talk to you. The fresh scent of grass and trees brings an intoxicating sense of peace to you. A slight trickling sound echoes throughout the park.
Direction: The park path goes on in several different directions leading you to its most desired parts.

Enter: You stand at the base of a large fountain. The cool water spills from it with ease.
Lookaround: Staring at the large fountain, you make it that it is a statue. Two lovers holding each other in a warm embrace kissing. The water flows from their lips as if it were their whispered words to each other.
Direction: You can exit to any direction. Although leaving this place doesn't seem like anything you would want to do.
Newb pages you from Nightmist Park (A Large Fountain): *flexes*
Enter: You have found one of the favored hiding spots of the park. A bench is here and it beckons for you to relax on it.
Lookaround: A large cluster of tall bushes surrounds you, protecting from drifting eyes and the outside world. Taking a break here doesn't seem like a bad idea. The grass beneath your feet is soft and green and looks like a perfect place to set your battle-worn body.
Direction: You can exit this secret spot to the (direction) but you feel like you'll come back again one day.

So yeah, that's basically it. Like I said, just a spiffy little place to go hang out or whatever.

Hmm, I like it actually, it would be a cool place to hang out but would it be like a waste of space or something or make everything laggy? I mean no offense to you newb at all, I like the idea, I'm just addressing this post to a staff really.

I dont think it would be too bad. Make it like a 3 by 3 area with those descriptions, fountain in the middle, and the have a littl extent place with the bench. Being this large itwouldnt take up too much space, and I doubt that there would be soooo many ppl to cause alot of lag.

Sounds like a good idea, but how about putting it in a less populated city? Like Resthaven, since arena exp was changed people rarely visit it, putting a park there would produce more traffic.

I was thinking something like that. Or perhaps putting a park in each town/city. It would be kind of lame to have to go from Blackthorn to Resthaven just to go someplace cool. Of course there would be exceptions like Sarka, Windia and the town in the jungle.

Resthaven is the best place for it as Zephie said. The only reason someone visits it is to lvl,armor/weapons,Malok, or to go to the Rose Garden. As for one in each city i think thats a bit much.

Can we also implement a timed square at each gate house. Like when you are inactive for more then an hour you get kicked. Say we make the gate house squares like 10 minutes. This would eliminate all the gate sitting....
And yes, I too am a gate sitter when I`m rolling

I can add to that idea, how about the whole park, instead of just healing by one (or two) hp every 30 secs or whatever, in the park it could be 2 hp X level, the fountain would cure all poison, and rangers/druids could forage it for flowers. (Just items of no importance. Could maybe be eaten hehe).
