Also had people complaining about getting booted a lot. I know I was on for a whole 2 min before I got my first boot of the day...

Everytime it drops me I lose tv, bband and phone (last time I get an all-in-one package), plus I have to reconfigure my connectivity and reorganise my tv channels (over 200 and its a pain in the ass!)

i have added a tracert page to the help menu on the site, that will run a traceroute directly from the server to your pc, this should help find out where the lag is when a problem occurs.
