I think that the founders and Chairman should be memoed when somethin is removed from the vault, as increased security

Good idea actually.. Although it is kinda annoying when you get like 10 thousand memos.

Draco Honoris Keep - Off the top of my head, there are... Over 20 vaults.. If this idea comes into play, I'll give up my Founder position.. We have vaults full of pots/mana which people can take from..

I'm 100% against this idea. If you don't trust someone, don't let them into the vaults.

well actually, I think there should be a way to turn it off, and if you need it (if there is a suspected thief) you could turn it on for a week, then turn it off.  That is what is happening in our clan, someone stole some stuff, but we can't put our finger on who exactly.

if you can toggle it, that would make it a little better but what happens when people are taking out a bunch of stuff at once? like torches and crap o.o would you still get memos every time someone took out pots or other such items? cause that could add up especially with the leaving memos.

Easy... when you think something was stolen.. ask JLH to do a log search for you it's that simple I'm sure JLH will help you, he helped me on quite a few of log searches in the past.
